Our Story

The Trainer Page began its journey in 2018, initially as a personal training company. While we offered group training, it wasn’t until the period after COVID, that we truly found our footing. In November 2020, The Trainer Page evolved into the fitness studio it is today—marked by our dedication to fostering a supportive community through Sweat Sessions. While officially established in 2018, our rebirth in November 2020 at our new location has truly defined who we are.

Our Why

Our founder was inspired by a personal journey through fitness, discovering the potent role of exercise in managing anxiety and depression. This personal journey ignited a passion not just for fitness but for the business of empowering others. Surrounded by business owners, the process of transitioning from employee to proprietor took root, with a vision to share the transformative power of fitness as a therapeutic tool. It’s this vision that helped create The Trainer Page into a place for those who want to discover the strength they didn’t know they had. 

Our Mission

The Trainer Page is more than a gym, we are on a mission to show members that they can do more than what their minds allow them to believe. One member at a time we will motivate them, break limiting beliefs, restore hope, and give 110% of our commitment to improve both their physical and mental health. In Sweat Sessions, we use fitness as a tool to remind us of not only our physical strength, but also our mental strength.
